   Pretty sure he gains and maintains speed when turning. His straight line skating is fast but man he is good cutting the ice

   I remember when his straight line skating was the biggest knock against him as a prospect other than size. You would never be able to tell watching Jim this year. He doesn’t make it look easy but he can really get off like a rocket these days.

    Should have had padding on the boards. Catch and edge and smash into boards in a skills competition!! Glad they are all ok.
