love jarvy but come on why is everything so gloom. one person was going to lose. how about we be happy for slavin and jarvis go both getting gold and silver medals

The silver medal presentation to the syrup squad was the best part of the Olympics. Jarvy will get another chance. Can’t wait to see Slavin’s gold

Jaarvy got gold in 4 nations last year while Slavin was on the losing end.
We have NHLers in legitimate international hockey again. He’ll have more chances.
The thing is, most of TeamCanada’s faces were shock, because they *expected* to win. They played a great game & thought they deserved the gold. Scrappy Jarvy is different–he was grateful just to be a late addition. His sad face showed disappointment, not the entitlement half his teammates were grappling with
