Hope that loss to the USA team drives him to the Stanley Cup this year.

(*dreams of a Habs cup before departing this Earth*)

Suzuki est sûrement pas trop brûlé de ses Olympiques, y’a joué genre 30 minutes total dans le tournoi…

thank god we don’t have an embarrassing bum as a captain like other Atlantic teams. So happy he’s back healthy and as an Olympic medalist 🫶

Pretty sure that’s Bo Horvat. Where’s Zuk?!

  9. I hope all our habs Olympians get acknowledged. Ideally, I’d love to see a highlight reel of each taken from the tournament. Super proud of our boys. I want them fired up, and I want the rest of the team to get super motivated to win.

I’m hoping Suzuki learned from his Olympic teammates and his (mis)use. I hope this drive him to perform in the next 4 years so that next time he’s undeniably part of the inner cirlce.

I’m hoping Slaf unlocked a level of confidence in himself that allows him to carry his line truly and properly. I want him to make us question which line is our first line.

I’m hoping Kapanen learned that opportunism is everything and that he needs to maximize his chances whenever they are presented to him. He needs to showcase drive and motivation that matches his work ethic and diligence. Be a difference maker to be place in situations where a difference maker is needed.

I’m hoping that the guys who were excluded because of technical/political/health/play style reasons like Lane, Cole, Jakub, Noah, Arber, Sam, Ivan, Patrik feel like they could have made a difference if they had been on their team’s roster. I want them to feel like they, personally, could have kept up with their peers and the level of play showcased. I want them angry and frustrated to some extent. Like Suzuki, I hope they go forward wanting to be undeniable choices for their countries 4 years from now and wanting to prove people wrong very immediately and dramatically.

I’m hoping everyone else gets inspired by these guys and elevates their game. I want our entire team to go into this next stretch thinking that together, as a group, they could beat any team that played in this tournament.

I’m sure the Bruins are glad to have MAGAvoy back. Good for them.
