    Don’t drop the soap buddy.

He realizes it’d be worse for him at this point to be out than in jail right? Safety wise?

Dismiss? sure. Just as soon as you reverse time and fix your mistake.

This guy killed people while driving erratically, he should be in jail for manslaughter whether he was drunk or sober. In fact in my opinion, doing that sober is even worse, drinking while driving is inexcusable and horrible but mowing over two people while speeding up the shoulder is a level of carelessness that should be punished with a long jail sentence.

They can seek all they want. The dude did everything you weren’t supposed to do and it killed 2 people.

2 attorneys are doing their job, because if they dont it will be a mistrial.

    Wtf is this title

  7. DoubleDumpsterFire

I get he was drinking, but I am so goddamn sick of people driving like complete assholes. People say « you’re gonna kill somebody out there ». Guess what bud, you did. I don’t want shocked Pikachu faces when these dickheads actually do this shit.

Gaudeau brothers were drunk too on scooters. Don’t tell people the facts that the pedo supporting team can do no wrong

I seek to put this guy behind bars for 30 years

Also, in many states you don’t need to be over the legal limit to be convicted for DUI. You are still impaired at 0.075. Hopefully NJ is one of those states.

It is crazy to me how angry people get when they watch a citizen exercise their right to due process. And always a healthy reminder of how dangerous mob rule is.

Lawyers are just doing their job, which is what they are supposed to do. It’s not going anywhere (I hope). Dude will go to prison, RIP Gaudreau brothers.

I’ll be banned even though it’s supportive but

I don’t care that he was probably MAGA and that the men’s team has disgraced themselves and the NHL, the biggest disgrace by far would be to let this man off for double homicide.

How was this individual driving recklessly … like what had he bin dojng ?

  14. We-Need-Peace

To be fair, what do you expect him to do

  15. Altruistic_Air_5647

If we cant and unable to get this guy convicted and have him serve his time for what he’s done, then have faith and not to worry because karma and the universe knows what he did and will find a way for him to serve his punishment.

Sure, 30 years of probation after a life sentence in prison.

  17. myfun59715

He was raging and pissed off, driving like an asshat for up to 2 hours. Don’t think these charges are going anywhere. He deserves everything he gets.

Great timing, Guys. Our unity around this win was impenetrable … ‘til this news.

Is everything shit, all of the time?

    Fuck drunk driving.

  19. TouristOpentotravel

INAL, but wouldn’t he face the same charges even if he was sober? Like their argument is odd. “See, he wasn’t drunk, he’s just a road raging asshole”. Doesn’t seem like a good move.

Just show up at court in an ICE uniform, apparently it’s legal to murder while wearing that uniform.
