I wouldn’t give up a lot tbh and I’m sure all the teams want demidov or something. I’d say stay patient.

I’d be interested in Ristolainen too. He’s huge, he hits like a train. But can he or Carrier play LHD? I’d send Struble and picks.

If I were to rank areas of need:
– Top 6 goal scoring winger
– Bottom 6 player that can add secondary scoring and play with grit
– RHD with size
– Top 6 center
– Starting goaltender
But I wouldn’t say we are desperate for any of them.
These sound like decent moves if the aim is to get older and worse
Hughes poked because that’s his job.
If an interesting piece is available at the right price, then a trade can happen.

Arber in 51 games has cracked 15 mins 5 times (and only one of those is in the last 21 games)
Struble tends to play more but even that was skewed with guhles injury.
A dman who they can comfortably get to 15 mins nightly and especially be a pk option would be ideal

Right now the roster is ok. We have depth in fowards with Bolduc beeing scratched.
I would like yo have a good veteran 5-6 D that could play in top 4 if one if the top 4 is injured. We don’t have the best goalies right now, so a solid D is needed. Xhekaj ans Struble aren’t bad, but fielding those 2 at the same time is not what we want if we are a real playoff team. It was ok when we were a bubble team

We do need bulk. Not sure Ristolainen is the answer though.
So much dead weight on the team already. Danault is no good, kap is struggling. gally etc. And when buffalo wins tonight, we’ll be in a wildcard spot again. This team doesnt deserve rentals. They arent good enough. I highyl doubt hughes will add to a team behind buffalo and detroit either.
Uhh, it’s very feasible IF Gorton and Hughes WANT to. Lolol Friedman loses credibility with me everyday, if he can’t see how it would be feasible with one of the deepest prospect pools in the league he’s a flat out idiot. Whether our brass wants to is another convo.
