    Everybody trying to keep their jobs atm. A true rebuild would include some new management, no? Unless of course the problems start higher up…..

    I mean, you don’t need to point to any specific acts to understand there has been one common denominator throughout all this. Look no further than how Paul and Jody Allen have provided a stabilizing presence for the Seahawks.

    Franky is the hotdog. It’s always been him and no new Coach,GM POHO is going to change the direction of the team. The rebuild has just started. Let’s see if we don’t trade our top 3 round picks in 2028.

    The management will claim how the team is “coming out of the rebuild” when the job is half assed done just like all the other Aquilini visionary teams before it. Lack of depth and short sighted moves to have RIGHT NOW results. I hope to see differently but it’s been so long since this team has had a long term plan & direction.

    The disappointment they are speaking of, imo, is that they tried to keep quitt and build around him, but he preferred maga-dom instead. They re’signed all his buddies and he bailed anyways

    Mgmt is not without criticism but I genuinely think they tried to keep the guy. Didn’t work.
