So glad he wasn’t moved. Thought he was a perfect fit for the Sharks. I can continue to enjoy my newly designed « 2nd team » for a few years now.

Honestly I think you guys are gonna love having him

Sometimes I sit back and think how much money that actually is. 5 fucking years and you have 5 million. You could just retire after that

Cam York has averaged over 22 mins for the last 3 years.
He is currently the Flyers 2D, playing on the first pair with Sanheim.
He is also the QB on PP1.
    He just turned 25y.

Last summer he signed a 5 year 5.15 mil contract.

Sherwood averages 13:26 ice time for his career.
He will be 31y this month.

SJ just signed him to 5 years at 5.75 mil.

Seriously, good on Mike Grier….I really kinda worried he was just made GM to see the Sharks through the dismal years. Glad players are buying in there under his watch.

feels a little steep/long, but we have cap space for now

Shouldn’t be giving 5 years to 31 year olds.

That is definitely overpaid but he’s been looking for that bag for a long time with a lot of teams. Glad he finally got it and has a place to call home the rest of his career.

As a Canucks fan, happy for him and he deserves it as long as he keeps playing the way he can.

Rooting for him. Was my favorite Canuck. Now I can watch him and Macklin 🙌🏽

    Happy for him

Glad we didn’t sign him if that’s what he wanted

This has david Clarkson 2.0 written all over it. 1 decent year at 30 years old after grinding for a decade. Hes on pace for like 28 goals and 40 points. That’s worth 5.75m per now?

Getting paid ✔️ California ✔️ Cellebrini ✔️ Not Canucks ✔️

That will buy him a studio apartment in a middle class area.
