genuine question (I wasn’t into hockey before) but is this essentially what happened for edmonton to acquire mcdavid?
Im not about to give Don Maloney credit because he got dragged kicking and screaming into this rebiggle.
I will however fully eat the crow on the criticism I have directed towards Conroy this past year and a half. He’s done some tidy work on draft picks.

Conroy has taken full reigns of this team and I am all for it. I’ve been cheering him on since he came on as the GM and I’m so happy to watch him continue to cook!

From my count I think we have something like 17 first to third round picks over the next 3 years. That, combined with our young talent, will make us a contender if we can manage to keep the train on the rails.

Dumb guy here – what does it mean when it shows flames and knights next to each other in the top 2 positions, and flames and avalanche in the top 3rd position?
We are definitely in better shape then some of the other teams in the league
