Relieved to get Schenn off the roster. Mixed about losing Stan but couldn’t be helped. Really good package back our way though.
Was nice to see Stan finally develop and miraculously see him on the PP. Excited to see Rosen fly around the ice.
Little concerning we are down 2 fighters. It's not a huge factor in today's game but now only Lowry is the enforcer?

Probably a loss for the Jets. Stan and Schenn were the only toughness the Jets had – Lowry has stunk this season.

Sad to see Stanimal move, but he most likely wouldn't be worth the contract he's gonna get. So getting this value is really cool. Good to see Schenn finally off the roster. Excited to see some youth and speed added to the forward group and hopefully some solid D play from the new peeps.
Will be exciting to watch Rosen further develop.
Bryson is a throw in & probably too small for the western conference. Barring a miracle in his play I don't see him being resigned after July 1st. Nothing wrong with 2nd & 4th round draft picks for additional capital.
While Stanley has some decent numbers this season analytics still state he continues to be a defensive liability. Still wish him the best in Buffalo though.
Schenn was a great stabilizing force on the third pairing & will be for Buffalo also, however he has aged out & wouldn't have been resigned. Still feel he has had a pretty long & decent NHL career with which he can look back fondly on.

Was this the only UFAs the Jets traded? I guess its…something? So disappointed with how this season played out.
As a Leafs fan, the jets year surprises me a lot more than our fall off. Was Ehlers that important to the Jets lineup? Or is this something else?
It just seems weird that these two teams who were regular season juggernauts for the past decade, just seemingly fell off overnight…
I miss Schenner in Toronto, I wish we would have found a way to keep him (and from the sounds of it, Jets fans do too 😭).
The Jets have also recalled Lambert from the moose. Maybe we see him and Rosen play on a line together? But they are both strong skaters and weaker defensively, so it might be better to split them up for now and add speed up and down the lineup. What do you think?

My only concern right with the move is we got a lot smaller and lost a lot of grit and toughness. Hopefully that’s a non issue but I doubt that’ll be the case tbh. Also Chevy did say that the door is not closed on a Stanley reunion
