  1. No one can finish. Not even the guys who are supposed to be stars. At least 4 breakaways and can't bury any of them. Kane has absolutely lost his clutch factor this year

  2. Fugg Matthew Tkachuk and SpongeBob! If they weren’t still with the Panthers, we would’ve won! Hate those fuggers! Pathetic! I hate giving up on you chumps! Either win games or lose your playoff spot! Make them smarten up Toddfather!

  3. That was a Perron game
And Faulk will lighten the load
    Hope you're still straight captain
    Stick together boys
Wish I could have some shifts tonight
    who what why when
    Keep pushing boys

  4. Team is mentality weak… and gonna throw away their playoff spot like every other March. Collapsing under pressure is the only thing they do consistently

  5. Pains me to say this but Montreal and Buffalo are both so much better teams than us and it isn’t even close.

  6. They trade away an unprotected 1st round pick and Larkin gets injured the same day, figures

  7. Honeymoon phase is over with Todd, he says all the right things but the they suck 5 on 5, can't score, inconsistent, pretty boring and uninspired hockey.

  8. I was one of the only people against trading the farm for Quinn Hughes, sick of hearing his name, but after giving up Buchelnikov and a 1st for Faulk I am now confused why they didn't just add two more 1st rounders and ASP to get that trade done. Seriously what is ASPs future now? to be a 3rd pair D so Faulk can be 2nd pair for the next several years? he will be sent to GR and is now expendable.

  9. I'm going to come out here and say the unpopular opinion but I think it has to be said.
Underlying numbers may seem to suggest that something like this was bound to happen and the Larkin injury doesn't help.
    But,
Larkin's injury doesnt seem to be long term and we bolstered one of our biggest issues at the blue line. We still have some troubles at the goal scoring end but I think Faulk will help with that just getting us more O-zone time.
The panthers played a very solid game today very reminiscent of what made them win 2 cups so I'm not actually all too concerned about this loss.
We know the Wings play better on the road and they play some very tough teams on the road. We will see how they fare against them but I don't think it will be the end of the world it they lose 2 out of 3 of those games down south.
Then they come home and have a very creampuff schedule after that. It may seem like things are bad but it would be very very hard for Detroit to miss the playoffs based on the situation they have put themselves into.

  10. Way to go guys…another lifeless effort there…let March 2026 collapse begin!!

  11. The great, YZERPLAN trade today is going to do almost NOTHING to help. Yes, the dude is an awesome defenseman. That said, ONE player like that is going to make minimal impact on a team like this. We literally need SCORING! You know, GOALS? That's how you win. This team (if you even can call it that) is on a downward spiral and will be LUCKY to make the playoffs. They are slow, passionless and weak. A team barely has to bully them and will wreck them. Tonight was a stellar example of that.
