No exaggeration, this was close to the perfect deadline for conroy. The weegar and kadri contracts scared me for the future, so we got out of them at peak value. Plus we kept two of my favorite flames in Coleman and lombo. The tank is fully on and I’m all for it! Mckenna here we come!!!
Lost in all this is 16.5 million in cap space this summer. Conny can take on some bad contracts in exchange for even more futures.

The way modern top draft picks are, the team can ramp up quick. Dream scenario for me would be McKenna or Stenberg with our 1st, followed by scooping up the Ruck brothers in the late 1st / early 2nd round. Then, 2+ chances at DuPont in 2027.
They could open Scotia (Fire) Place with the best prospects in the league.
