    I know people were wanting something bigger yesterday afternoon, but Thompson is a bit of an interesting flier. Could conceivably get a game or two to end the year. Could be a depth guy next season. RHD and has some NHL experience. You never really know. Likely ends up as nothing, but a free dart at the board instead of Woo.

    Was at the game tonight. Thompson looked good offensively. His goal was made off a great read to find space.

    If he keeps playing like that, I could see him maybe being called up near the end of the season.
