So he was sent down just so he could be available for the AHL playoffs, and immediately brought back up to the Isles? That’s not a bad idea if there’s now a logjam at center. Get him some playoff experience (albeit in the AHL).

I didn’t think they were allowed to do that. I thought if sent down, they had to play 1 game before they could be recalled.
