    I remember that night. I was so excited. Still have the news paper clipping from it.

    I was there in the Mall! It was amazing and I still have the program from that night with Shanny as a Whaler on the cover.

    Fun fact, Osgood was the second goaltender ever to shoot a puck into the opponent’s net to score a goal. The first to achieve that feat was Hextall. The first goaltender to record a goal, Billy Smith, was credited with a goal after a Colorado Rockies player put it into his own net on a delayed penalty call.
