Un choix de 4e ronde ? Tocchet est un criminel.

Shouldn’t you be upset at Allvin?

He’s the one that traded him.

  2. Multiple coaches tried and failed with Podkolzin. He needed a change of scenery

the fourth round picks we send away:

    – Reichel

    – Kane

    – Branstrom

the fourth round picks we receive:

    – Silovs

    – Podkolzin

    – Joshua cap dump

    – Mikheyev, a 2nd

We do some really good work with 4th round drafting but boy do we ever bungle trades with 4th round picks

Yeah, this was always a weird move. Not sure what the urgency was to move him was if the return was only a 4th.

I always liked Podz. Good attitude, seemed to try what the coaches wanted. Seemed like a good bottom 6 forward.

I mean he was with the Canucks since what 2019 and never progressed so I was happy for him that he got to go somewhere that could give him more opportunities. While Tocchet did a lot of things you can question I don’t think he’s to blame for Podz not working out as a Canuck.

Meh what do you want them to do if actively not performing? Impossible to know hed turn around or not….

I thought Tocchet liked Podz. He was similar to Mikheyev; slightly less speed but more weight.

Had to make space for the handful of games that confirmed Daniel Sprong is not an NHLer.

Glad he’s found a role on the Oilers, but let’s move on. Podz struggled with mutliple coaches here. He needed a change if scenery, and quite frankly, still has pretty mediocre/bad point totals given how much he plays with Draisaitl.

It’s okay. Sometimes players get traded and flourish because they just needed a change of scenery.
