As he should be, probably suspended. But try telling that to Hagel when the likes of AJ Greer on him, and Forsling on Moser, got diddly squat.

Dahlin notches another. His getting under players’ skins is helping Buffalo this season.

Sounds about right. He earned that fine and it probably warranted at least a game, but I ain’t complaining

Dahlin skating away & Hagel being like “NAH GET BACK HERE” is frying me

No surprise here

What about the guy who punched Cirelli in the back 4+ times. Not even a call.

I still think it should be a suspension, but it’s obviously not the first time the league has set this precedent.
You can’t just throw punches at a player that doesn’t want to tango.

Last night stupid alterations got us scored on at least twice with power plays. One was Cernak who also injured his hand and never returned. I like Cernak but he lost it and it cost us. It cost him too 😒 I forgot who the second one was but I remember it happening. Please feel free to refresh my 67 yo memory ☝️🥸

At least it’s not a suspension. Very surprised there’s not more coming out of that game

Dahlin dropped his gloves and pulled a Matthew Tkachuk turtle.

Buffalo doesn’t even defend their own captain when he gets his ass embarrassed

Two things can hold true.
1. Hagel stepped out of line.
2. Dahlin is a bitch who loves to croscheck but won’t answer when it’s time to pay up.

5k to knock the f out of that douche?!
I’d take that deal…

Yeah I’m definitely not going to complain about this, and if I’m being real, it probably should have been a game.
I’m not one of those dudes that gets on twitter or the discord and performatively grovels about how dirty our team is. I don’t think Hagel’s really that type of player. But this was dangerous and it’s a bad look.
My only comment about it would be that I wish the league would look into what starts these incidents (and Dahlin has been involved in *several* this season, two in the last few days even) and also punish the agitator. Dahlin gets his stick up between Hagel’s legs after giving him a few « crease clearing » cross checks there. I’m sure that’s what set him off.
I’m not overly sympathetic to a guy who’s constantly agitating and turtles once it comes back at him.
