That’s great and good for Jack. However I really hope this is not something that leads to a “Jack should be captain over Nico” discourse. They can both be leaders in their own way, regardless of letters.
Because Nico leading by example wasn’t working
This should be a standard for players that are considered the core of a team.
I could see this when he was talking about Grits stepping up against the Rangers.

Sounds like Jack can become a future Captain someday.
