I like keeping Kasper and Finnie together because that’s a great duo but I’m getting whiplash seeing Compher at top line

These injuries suck. But like we saw during the Olympics teams that check well can overcome these roster limitations. Czechia was one shot away from eliminating Canada in the quarters
Honestly I don’t hate Finnie-Kasper-Raymond.
Compher on top line is painful. Rasmussen as 3C is painful. If Perron is healthy and ready, he should be in full-time.
In any case, none of this matters. Larkin and Copp are done for the year, I’m assuming. We’re cooked.
This is definitely not looking good but I am really excited to see that line. Finnie and Kasper have looked great together lately so hopefully with Raymond they can keep our offense afloat.
Second line has to shine.
Time for Kasper and Finnie to prove themselves.

If Cat was playing out of his mind as a line driver like he was a month or two ago, we’d actually be in good shape to weather the storm. Raymond really needs to step it up and not just be Larkin’s set up guy. He needs to really drive the ship here and make his linemates better like he did 2 years ago.
I’d prefer to see Leonard over Appleton or Ras. Especially because they need more goal scoring in their depth.

Only way to look at it positively, this is how these guys become a team. Going through some shit together. I can root for a team that fails, it’s a lot harder if they give up. I don’t expect them to give up.
We need Yzerman to suit up at this point. He’s still in shape and he’s got nothing else to offer us this season.
Also Kane is such an accomplished and talented player, just use him at Center.
I wanna throw up looking at these top two lines. I’m used to three and four being mid, but damn that is a sad top 6
