Det still making playoffs

its fallng because dumb media outlets put too much pressure on Yzerman to make a big move and to make the playoffs this year before the young core begins to establish itself in the lineup what would have been beginning NEXT YEAR. instead Yzerman went out and sacrificed the future success and long term health of this team by making the dumbest trade, surpassing even the Walman blunder, that he has made so far as GM. well done.

Pre trade deadline and healthy, do we honestly think that the Red Wings were making it out of the first round? There are teams on the bubble that we would lose to in a 7 game series. This team is SOFT and still making fundamental errors….it is what it is. We need a superstar center and someone who will punch a guy in the face when their captain gets cross checked
