It’s still early, but it could indicate that they’ll run the duo Dobes-Fowler for the remaining of the season. Maybe 1-2 game for Monty against low tier teams to try to get his value up for a possible trade in the offseason?
I am not sure if we’re at that point yet, but we may not be that far out.

The RDS guys day Monty probably starts when the Habs clinch, to rest up the other two unless a playoff spot is up for grabs.
