There’s a parking garage under the stadium. I would venture to guess that’s where this would allow you to park. Enter on the westbound side of Kellogg (heading towards 7th). There will likely be a very smiley parking attendant waving you in. It’s a big drop down after you drive over the side walk.
OMG I just did the same thing today for the Minnesota Frost game. It f’d me. You will get an updated email probably on the day of the game confirming your parking and telling you where to go. In my email there was a directions shortcut and it brought me to the wrong ramp. It gave me directions to the river center ramp. Showed one of the attendants my email confirmation and he said yeah you must have prepaid. Came back to my vehicle with a ticket saying I didnt pay. Long story short I had to pay twice. Cost me $42. You’ll probably get parking at the treasure island garage B like I did.

OP, be sure to ask them if Kellogg Blvd. is still shut down from street construction.
Was at the game last night and had to detour all around the stadium to get to the RiverCentre ramp on Kellogg. It was an absolute MESS and we were there 90 minutes before puck drop. And they didn’t even have cops out directing traffic at the Fort Road and Kellogg intersection with a frickin detour in place? So we had to wait for like 3 left hand turn lane cycles, it was so backed up.
The traffic around the stadium before a game is always a mess. But this was next level HOT mess.
Get there early especially with snow and be sure to check if any detour is going to be needed.

You will get a separate email with your parkwhiz ticket the day before or day of event. That one will have the address. I know this because I was wondering the same thing for the game I’m going to tonight, I just got my email with the parking garage address.
