Lot of teams to root for today starting with the Caps

What do these graphics mean? They are too complicated to follow at a glance for sure.

According to this, our playoff odds increase more if Boston loses in regulation (+3.3%) than if we win? (+2.2%) That seems… counterintuitive…
I realize it’s one percent and who cares but It’s a lot easier for me to shrug off a Boston win than a Sens loss, because there’s other teams were chasing, so I’m curious.

Is this saying an OT win is better for our chances than a regulation win?

This is a terrible way to setup these charts.
Just have one page that lists the games, and 4 columns each explaining how the Sens playoff odds change with each outcome. So much needless work here. You don’t need to put all the other odds in for other teams cuz that should all be factored into the calc for the Sens. This is a Sens sub, making it more difficult to read Sens info that already implies info for other teams means you don’t need to have a 6 page post just so you can include that info for other teams.
You could easily include all that other stuff on a different page anyway.
Just isolate the Sens info to the first page. You can keep the other stuff if you want, but maybe post it on the nhl sub?
Also, how does a sens OT win boost their odds MORE than a sens regulation win? Makes zero sense since reg wins are the first tiebreaker.

Bruins can fuck off. Fuck off.

Bruins getting at least a point is frustrating. Lucky goal to tie it. 2 squandered pps for caps late.

Washington is fucking abysmal

Washington showed exactly why they shouldn’t make the playoffs

Bruins win.
Ottawa isn’t catching any breaks. They’re going to run out of roadway.
