Sens will be in the playoffs this season!!!! Book it!
So since i started tracking how many points the sens will need to make it into the playoffs (when the sens had 23 games left), detroit has gone from a .629 points percentage to .598, and boston has been holding relatively steady at around .600. If detroit levels out and boston keeps playing at this level, sens will need probably 101 points in order to avoid being in a tiebreaker for the wc2 spot. Thats 26 points between now and the end of the season, which translates to a .765 points percentage the rest of the way, which is a higher points percentage than the avalanche season average. This team can do it, but they really cant afford to drop more than 8 points maximum whichever way you slice it.
