Yeah, but how much culture do those other guys bring to their teams?

Turns out he was a Ryan Poehling merchant

The surprise is that there’s only one Flyer

Meh , at least Hathaway only has 1 year left. Could be worse , at least we dont have to worry about Frederics albatross contract.

Coots has to be on this list somewhere

You’re discounting his grit per minute metrics, dawg. /s

Our players make the coolest top ‘x’ lists. Top of the pack in face offs was the most frustrating for me as we neared the end of G’s time here.

I’m actually pleasantly surprised that we only have one guy on this list. That minimum 40 games played is really helping Risto stay under the radar.

It’s one ~~banana~~ point, Michael, how much could it cost?

Bitching about a guy who, up until this season has been an above-average-to-excellent 4th liner, and who has one year left on a very trade-able contract, just because he’s having a bad season is exactly the kind of sour-mouthed punching down that gives Flyers fans a terrible reputation.

**The dude had 10 goals and 11 assists on the 4th line last season,** for fuck’s sake. And he was one of the best pests in the NHL. (15th overall out of 857 players in penalty minutes drawn, and tied for 50th out of 857 in PM differential).

Among NHL forwards with 500 minutes or more, he was 51st percentile in 5-on-5 points/60, and 56th percentile in goals/60. **He scored like a low-end second-liner. He was basically Tie Domi.**

And on top of that, **he was top-50, or 73rd percentile among PKers in expected goals against/60 and 80th percentile in actual goals against, while playing in front of one of the worst goaltenders in Flyers history.** And he’s still providing that value as a PKer this season (still 70th percentile among PKers with 10+ minutes), so he’s been FAR from worthless.

We’ve more than gotten our money’s worth on this dude’s contract, and he’s still providing value even if he’s not scoring, so maybe go back to burning ants with a magnifying glass, OP.

No big surprises on this list save for Tanev honestly. Still have **no idea** how Ceci is still in the NHL at this point in his career
