DFA miller, mika, and fox, useless players, let the young guys play. Fire Sullivan and Drury too
JT should’ve never been placed on the PP1 ahead of Perrault. Why change what has been working so well. Coming back from injury JT should’ve been on the PP2 to work himself back into game shape. Sullivan is very predictable. He will sit a young player in place of a veteran.
JT Millers’s being placed on the PP1 will also affect LaFrenierre’s numbers. Mark my word
What happened to the Rangers? They seem to be on steroids. nice to see!!
What are we even discussing here? Nobody on this team has half the playmaking ability as miller. He should 100% be on the right side with Mika on left and Fox up top. Other 2 are exchangeable. You’re taking a 3 game span on what is an awful season. He is a baby and will earn his way.
And they finally played a playoff team and this line was invisible as expected.
What has changed is that the trade deadline is over, so they are playing more relaxed. New faces/young players have changed the chemistry, obviously for the better. Trocheck not being traded is a huge plus. I really hope that Drury takes his head out of his ass and keeps him for the long term. Will this translate to success next year? Obviously, we will not know until then. But if this is a sample of what could be, then we fans have something to look forward to.
Bothers me that he went with what was expected in stead of staying with what worked.
It is almost as if not having Panarin is making them have to play harder. Kind of like, when Shesterkin has the night off, the defense seems to play harder around the net. I saw guys diving for pucks and Perrault helping hlock the net. Clearly, a little unexpected success has given this young core some confidence. No one is sitting back waiting for Panarin to make a play
Can we deal Miller in the off-season? It's obvious we don't need him. Make either Trocheck or Zabinejad the captain.
