(It would be even higher if the Sabres power play wasn’t such a joke)

Byram took over a year to learn how to play Lindy’s system, but since he’s figured it out, he’s really blossomed.

I think Byram hops up in the the rush even more than dahlin sometimes . He is fun to watch .

I don’t know how to describe his play other than saying it’s visually appealing. He always seems to pass the eye test when you watch him even when he is making mistakes which is interesting

Is this one of those things when I asked my math teacher back in 9th grade « when am I ever gonna need to know this in real life? »

All these fucking graphs and charts fuck with my brain.

I should have paid more attention 🤷

Getting to the point where it’s a question of, « do we sign Byram or Tuch? »

With the cap set to boost more than usual, I think we can afford one luxury contract that maybe we were doubting at the beginning of the season. Tough call between the two, but with our current prospect timelines, Byram seems like the smarter option

Still 24 years old, will get even better.

Remember when we bridged Dahlin because he was a bust and then all the sudden the universe agreed he was worth 10.5 million?

Byram’s ceiling is high. Most of these offensive defensemen aren’t even starting to get good til 24/25.

Don’t be so hard on 23 year old Power either
