Don't care, still want Tocchet gone. He has always been a shitty coach and is bad for player development. He was hired for casual fan interests. I just hate how much the broadcasts glaze him. He played for The Flyers in the 80s!
I give up, I’m just going to enjoy the rest of this season and forget about tanking for a higher pick. We end up where we end up. BUT Briere has got to do something big via trade this offseason, just can’t come back with this same team again. The Flyers need a legitimate 1C! Tippet had two of his best games all season, I wish I see this more often from him.
I agree Zegras needs to put on 10ibs of muscle and improve on faceoffs, but if he does he can be as good 2C. Get a Barkov type center and this team is dangerous. Overpay for Anton Lundell or sign Fantilli to an offer sheet. Tell Danny fans want him to be bold this offseason.

What's frustrating is the difference in the team that played Monday and the team that played Thursday. We need that Thursday team to keep showing up. For those who want to fire the coach, look at the Rangers. They fired their last 3 coaches and are still in last place.

Hey Jason, it's so great to hear the energy back in your voice. It makes me so happy to hear you on the mend. I love listening to your reasonable, educated commentary. Honestly, I could use more of it. I can only listen to one other podcast (Nitty Gritty), which only gives me about 6 hours a week total between the two of you. After that, I give in and listen to the nonsense coming from some of the other podcasts, but it becomes enraging that these a*hats are posing as Flyers media or fans or whatever the h*ll the call themselves. I've gotten so tired of the "Broadstreet Bitches" that I have done something I have never done until the past week or so and started commenting on social media. It's such an embarrassment that these so-called fans are representing the rest of us. I just can't take it anymore. Professional hockey has been in Philadelphia long enough that you would think the fanbase would be knowledgeable. Nope. Just insane. I mean we do have knowledgeable fans, but these loud a* Broadstreet Bitches are insufferable. I cheer for my team, not take a dump all over them every chance I get. So much more fun to have hope and enjoy hockey. Is that not what make us fans of teams and athletes? It feels like these negadelphians are bots from the Pens organization, trying to dismantle this team from firing everybody, to moving the team, to tanking and all the other nonsense out there.

Grundstrom doesnt deserve the heat, he wasnt terrible, he did fail to finish a few plays, but so has every other flyer at some point this year. Grundstrom has been great considering he wasnt even a regular NHL player until now. Yes Mich or Konecny shouldve been with Tipp and Z in the middle, but Grundstrom wasnt a bad idea to try. It nearly created 2 or 3 goals and he did come in out of the AHL and put up goals for a few weeks…worthy to have a look at him with those guys, but shouldnt be staying there obviously.
