Sabres could end up facing CBJ first round. They worry me most.
There’s a snakey joe in my boots!
Joe…forget about the Tampa game already! And stop dreaming about Shenn!
Refs just have it out for benson still never has a call go his way
Last 3 games goal scoring has dried up yet they still win. Sharks tomorrow. So far so good.
I agree the Carrick penalty was a joke
They’re 31-7 in their last 38… 31 wins and 7 losses…
Here's what's the Sabres weakness and whats gonna hold the them back from winning the cup. Its very simple. They are a Buffalo sports franchise. The city and its major sports teams are cursed. This franchise had the greatest goalie to ever play the game and extreme high end scorers like Mogilny and LaFontaine , and they still couldn't get it done. The Bills have the best QB in the entire league and the highest scoring offense, and they cant get it done. Enough said
Without Power we are not the same team. The fans need to stop the Power hate. He is getting better. You have to remember he is now just becoming a man. He’s only 23 years old
The only “weakness” that I see are the turnovers in their end.
I think my only fear with this team is that they are outworking their opponent every night and winning with grit and hustle. We all know playoff hockey is a different animal than the regular season. I hope they can maintain this success when other teams bring it to another gear as well. They seemed to have answered the call a couple times in games like that, but if I had to pick a thing that can hold them back, that's it.
UPL had his best game of the year. He was def on point. He has a tendency to overcommit which get's him out of position sometimes and it can lead to "easy" goals. Last night yeah his tracking and positioning was pretty spot on.
Metsa looked great
the weakness is definitely the lack of experience. We'll have to see he how it affects them in the playoffs
On Power – he makes so many subtle plays with the puck in the defensive zone that allow our forwards to transition to offense quickly and seamlessly. He is growing on me, I admit I used to really dislike how soft he is but he is a very skilled, very smooth skating defenseman who plays with his head up and fits the way this team plays perfectly.
We have abandoned any power play at all.
You can’t win without one.
Owen Powers?
Opie ….the PowerPuff….
