I’m not really sure what to do with this kid anymore. He’ll be 24 next week, has barely sniffed a game cuz of bad injury luck, but other than Genborg I don’t feel like there’s any players in the system who have passed Mazur for that specific role.

We need to be praying for him to stay healthy. The Wings are getting closer, but the roster could experience plenty of turnover year after year and we need impact players. Kane, Perron, JVR…those guys only have a few years left. And of course, the depth players can be changed out at any time. Plenty of space for young guys still.

There’s a chance MBN would not have played with Wings this season if Mazur didn’t get hurt. Mazur is a gamer and would have been nice to have him play up this season. Continues like this in GR and could get a call up before the end of season.
