The fat lady ain’t singing yet.
However if she does it’s gonna be a heart breaker. At points we were the best Wings team since 2011. Best team in over a decade and a half and it’s still not good enough.
It’s not like the division is going to get any easier either.
Sure feels like Mr. I sold his soul for the run we had in the 90’s 25 years of success for 25 years of pain. 15 more to go

Toughest loss we’ve had all season. The boys were firing on all cylinders and couldn’t pack it away. If they keep playing like that we’re golden, just an insane amount of bad puck luck

The obvious conclusion here is that Jeremy Swayman hates America.
I’m gonna choose to believe that the post-season is gonna happen, but we need Dylan soon.
This one went like it should last night. Boston takes a lot of penalties and they give up a lot of shots which they do every night. We get a lead a in the third period regardless of how great Swayman was and they can’t hold it. Its so disappointing to see them bleed points at this time of the season.
Very difficult to break through a hot goalie. It happens.
Now, giving up that many goals is another matter.
Sadly, I see on other Red Wing forums a lot of negativity regarding Faulk. The cry was to get a RHD like Faulk, now he stinks… Lol, you cannot make this stuff up.
I will state this that Chiarot typically drags his D partner down. But that is another matter.

The roster needs are on the FO to shore-up in the offseason. I hope he can do something in the offseason. The forward group needs help.
On another note, MBN still being out is a little surprising.
Am I wrong in thinking Gibson should have had that last goal? I know he had noted sniper zadorov bearing down on him, but jeez we really needed a save there.
With how they been playing I fully believe they will make the playoffs and even if they somehow dont the following season to me feels very promising.
Knowing the heart and passion of Dylan Larkin, I am sure he wants to play in their next game regardless.
