Last week… Kyper said everyone on the team needs to be capable and willing to be aggressive and feisty if their best player gets knee'd. Today he says he doesn't want Rielly to be the one. The culture needs to change. They can't continue to put a soft Leafs product out on the ice.

Edit: Im so absolutely sick of everyone assuming Matthews is leaving and pointing to Detroit as to how it's gone wrong. Detroit is in the playoffs, and so is Buffalo for that matter.
