Game of the year contender. Sabres were so dominant 5v5 for much of the game, giving the Ducks fits in their d zone hounding pucks and moving it around with precision. I said after last game if the Ducks could figure out how to score on the PP, they’d be much more deadly. Well, here we are. Another fabulous hockey game.

This was a potential Stanley Cup finals preview, top team in the Atlantic division playing the top team in the Pacific division. As a Sabres fan, I am happy for the team's turnaround and much respect to the Ducks for hanging tough and winning in the end.

what a fun game obviously the Sabres didn’t have their legs for most of the game especially Thompson and if Tuch doesn’t get that accidental tripping penalty with 2 minutes left they probably win in regulation and full marks to the Ducks 🦆 it feels like these 2 teams are very similar they are both fast excellent talent on D up and coming good goaltending and Krieder is everything for them especially on the PP would love to see these teams play in late June
3-1 on the road trip, lose the 2nd of a back to back but played hard. No complaints, you won't win them all.
Would be a hell of a final.
