You know in the last two cases with both Greer and Gudas, there’s a massive elephant in the room when even your own fans are looking at the suspensions and going « that’s not enough » cause Ducks fans were calling it out, and now even Panthers fans are too, these are plays that lead to career or life ending incidents at this rate there will be a major accident and it will cost a players life and they’ll still probably refuse to change the system.
Fire Parros. Fucking goof already protected Greer with it being a phone hearing, and then to not even give him the maximum 5.

Unfortunately a heavy suspension here would have raised even more questions about the Gudas suspension. DOPS needs a severe overhaul.
1) If Zary was McDavid, it’s 15 games easy
2) It’s a joke the referees didn’t call that a match penalty on the ice
3) DoPS are just missing the E
4) I get that OmG oUr ReVeNuE!!! and all that, but it still blows my mind that the NHLPA always chooses to fight for the « keep our members playing » side and not the « somebody just tried to execute one of our members » side

This was one of the most if not the most savage blatant hits to injure I’ve seen in recent years… this ogre deserves 10+ games or a season of sitting out.
