@Canucks de Vancouver

The fact that we haven’t been eliminated yet is mind blowing. At this point I didn’t even expect us to be in contention for 31st

Coming into the season, I thought Vancouver might win 30 to 35 games and do what they usually do. Be terrible for the first 60 plus games and go on a meaningless winning streak to ruin their draft position. I never thought that it would get this bad. But honestly, something like this season needed to happen. This is an organization that has needed to undergo major changes for a long time.

    So you’re saying there’s a chance!

We all know after they’re eliminated they’ll win all remaining games.

If LA and Vegas win were out today

Meh, more excited the Jets caught up with the Sharks. If this keeps up then the Sharks 2nd gets higher again.

    21-40 is fucking hilarious lol

so you’re saying we might not win the cup this year?

I don’t think being officially eliminated alters their decision making much. I’m hoping they just get Kane to 1,000 games then sit him the rest of the season

The Pacific Division is so bad that it took them this long to be *officially* eliminated.

I hope fans are ready for this rebuild. Looking at San Jose and Chicago really speaks to how long rebuilds can take. Both of these teams have a superstar and young talent in the pipeline. In SJ’s case, they have the next Crosby and yet, they are still on the outside looking in.

I won’t be hopping off this Canucks wagon, but there’s going to be a lot of bad hockey ahead. Just hope our young guns make it fun.

    No playoffs?

Surely we must be close to mathematical elimination already. Even if Nashville lose out, that mean LA can only win 1 more game, and even if they only win one more game Seattle can only win 2 more, SJ/WPG can only get 5 more points. Surely these teams all play each other enough to make this impossible.

This really hammers in how shitty the West is this year

we were eliminated from playoff contention in like Dec 🤣

  19. Abby was eliminated from the Calder cup contention tonight, too. So even more reason to give more players a look

Nah they got this. Just you watch 😂

I must retract the title as it has been brought to my attention that we face official elimination today!

Nashville still have to play the kings x2 and san jose x3 and someone has to win those games so i think weve already been eliminated.
