Dead man walking. Every team we play seems to have better structure and discipline than us. There appears to be no culture at the oilers.

All i want to see from either goalie is staying back in the crease, post to post and give them a little space with the glove and bait them to go vs glove and win. Either side of the posts you're always gonna play to win with glove without sliding past the post.
After 3 years now and we still have a hard time scoring on 5 on 5 play is absolutely ridiculous, obviously Zach Hyman and the Connor line does not work 5 on 5 to score big goals they need to change things up immediately you understand oilers fans???
