Gudas des Ducks revient de suspension : « Je me sens mal »


«Je déteste vraiment la façon dont cela s’est terminé, le point de contact», a déclaré Gudas aux journalistes après l’entraînement matinal des Ducks au Rogers Arena. « Je ne suis pas fan de ça. Je ne veux jamais blesser qui que ce soit. C’est un match acharné. C’est juste que, oui, je ne veux jamais y aller et blesser qui que ce soit. Je me sens mal à propos du résultat. Je me suis simplement engagé dans le jeu, et malheureusement, c’était le point de contact. « 

Gudas a déclaré qu’il avait envoyé un texto à Matthews après le match à Toronto, et que les Maple Leafs lui avaient répondu quelques jours plus tard.

« Je n’ai pas non plus aimé le point de contact », a déclaré Gudas. « C’est ce que je regarde ; je dois respecter… Je dois apprendre. Je dois être meilleur en tant que joueur de hockey. Je ne veux jamais aller là-bas et blesser qui que ce soit. C’est très malheureux. Je l’ai contacté aussi. Nous avons parlé. Je ne veux jamais voir quelqu’un se blesser, donc je me sens très mal à ce sujet. »

    Dirt bag playing for a dirt bag coach. Just doesn’t have Florida protection anymore, but does get the Anaheim anonymity. Only problem is this happened against the leafs and that brought media. He doesn’t care and he hasn’t changed.

    I call BS on that. He has been suspended too many times for his statement “I never want to injure anybody” to be, in my opinion, patently untrue. Just in 6 weeks or so he injured Crosby in the Olympics and ended Matthews season, not really a good look for someone who doesn’t want to injure people. In my opinion, he should have gotten way more than five games. To me, when there is such an injury, the person doing the hitting should be out as long as g as the person they injured. Maybe then this 💩 would stop.

    Just remember the total career fines he’s had.

    Almost a million in fines. That’s enough fines for anyone to live rich and essentially fuck off money.
