What do we do
Guy is hurt. We are going to see a Sammy-like rebound from him next season.
I kinda saw this coming when we traded for him.
He looked good in some Top 4 minutes in Utah, but once the team was healthy he went back down to their 5/6 pair.
He’s still young and can turn his game around, but the analytics community believed this guy was a bonafide stud defenseman and just needed opportunities.
Lemme see him fully healthy and then we can really talk about it
Isn’t he a pending RFA? What do we think the front office will do with him? (I’m not totally aware how exactly RFA works) thank god we got Josh doan who really exceeded expectations
We give up on players too soon. Here’s a partial list of players we wanted gone: UPL, Samuelsson, Quinn, Krebs, Power, Norris…
In my opinion, He should be ahead of Stanley and Schenn.
That’s such a shitty headline.
I do not believe that the coaching staff or jarmo have lost faith in him.
I think they see a guy who has struggled all season with poorly timed injuries, a guy that’s tried to fight through the pain, and a guy who’s lost his confidence a bit because he hasn’t been able to play the way he knows he can play.
There are other D that are not hurt and that are playing better minutes on the ice.
Chuck this whole season out the window for Kesselring and let the dude get 100% healthy for next year. I personally believe that he will come into camp next season with chip on his shoulder and a desire to show everyone why he was a key piece to that trade.
