@Sabres de Buffalo

    If only people took a deep breath before reacting sometimes

    It wasn’t so much a deep breath but a rookie veteran success story. Not to often u play your first NHL game at 27.

    Glad he will be back. Hopefully, his stellar play continues in Rochester.

    In the meantime, we need all hands on deck to figure out who fits where in our best lineup structure before playoffs begin.

    I’m glad Ruff clarified this. I hope that means he trusts Metsa to take on more minutes going forward, I’m worried about overusage for top 4.

    Don’t the Sabres play a game today? Lol

    It gives the winnepeg guys another game to learn the system. That’s a luxury we have.

    Im just some guy. But I still think this is stupid. They are over thinking it. Metsa should be in the sabres line up tonight for this 5 point swing game and we get a guaranteed 10 minutes of no goals against. If Lindy wants him to get a bunch of minutes, then give him more minutes here and see what happens.

    I recall the very similar usage of ostlund was a leading theory in why adams got fired. Ostlund was good but got sent down simply to give other guys more time on the ice because of ‘reasons’. It was stupid then and its stupid now.

    Anyway, what do I know. Probably nothing.
