    I was at the game.

    Sabres have no one to blame – you send Zach Metsa down and you start losing games.

    Logan Stanley is a stiff. He takes way too many penalties.

    Finally, Ryan McCleod is fast, and that’s about all he can do. He enters the zone and just never shoots the puck. Turns it over all the time trying cute passes.

    I'm a Red Wings fan and as I watch the highlights of the Buffalo/Wings game, you have to think Buffalo at this point is now thinking about who their first round matchups might be… also they have some measure of control of who their first round opponents might be…

    I need my Sabers to wake up. It’s been a rough three games. The boys in blue and gold have what it takes but sometimes you have to take your licks. Detroit wanted this more and they got it. I want the Sabers to be inspired by their play. Good win boys I hope my fellows can rally strong into the playoffs.

    Score one for the good guys! 🗽 Rangers won a meaningless game. If the Rangers have a light at the end of the tunnel, the re-emergence of Alexis Lafrieniere and Perreault must bear fruitition.

    On the one hand, I am genuinely sad the Sabres lost.
    On the other hand, the Wings are still in this and my dream of having them both break their droughts this year is still alive.

    In the Eastern conference you need 102 points to make the playoffs. Buffalo can't afford to take their foot off the gas peddle yet, they need to get into the playoffs before they start 'resting themselves '.

    Some team in the East will get 100 points and still miss the playoffs this year…..that is simply insane

    Standing wise since Shannon did not talk about it. The Sabres have now played two more games than Tampa who are 2 points behind and Montreal who are 6 points behind. They won't fall off the top three but winning the Atlantic is now less certain. The Wings win is complicating the wildcard race.
