i like the kid a lot, but if Hughes is going big game shopping this summer after missing the deadline in March, i’ll be shocked if Zharovsky isn’t part of the package tbh

After 20 years of just about shyte drafting (except a few here and there) it’s so fucking awesome to see. Love my Habs so much daughter, mama and the Habs

Really afraid we’re gonna trade him for Robert Thomas or something over the summer and really regret it

He’s listed at 6’1”, 160 lbs, so he still needs to add some muscle. Doubt he comes over to North America next season, but maybe the one after.

Could one day be rolling a top-six of:
    Caufield – Suzuki – Demidov
    Slafkovsky – Hage – Zharovsky

But there is a chance he could be used in a trade to bring in an established player as well.

Def trade Newhook or Dach over Zharovsky

    Also, pass on Thomas.

Don’t want another injury riddled centre. People keep glossing over the fact this guy can’t play a full season. He’s only done it once in his career.

Who else thinks this trio would be sick?

    Zharovsky Hage Demidov

    Playoff 2027 for sure

I haven’t felt this hopeful for a team in years.

I am starting to wonder if we are seeing Sam Pollock level trade and draft magic from HuGo.

Hard to compare the different eras involved but there does seem to be something of the old sleight of hand going on.
