I know shit about this incident, but knowing how construction works, lots of other people to blame before going to the top. Not saying they where compliment or guilty, but start at the fires start, look at the contractors that did the work, and work up. Suing the rich guys may be the best way but I don’t know. Also not an apologist for the aqualines just my thoughts.
