    Leafs need to speak to Cassidy asap. Fire brad, use purdam as interim gm until a top gm becomes available. Don't hire a gm because they are available, wait for a top 5.

    I love this move, not because its going to work, nobody knows, but because its gutsy.

    People will love to call this extrenely stupid if it fails, but if it works, itll be praised as one of the smartest last second moves.

    I am going to say one thing as a day- one VGK fan. One of the reasons we were slumping was our defence and goaltending. Bruce Cassidy however has led Vegas to win the cup in his FIRST YEAR! ALSO, VEGAS WAS TOP IN PACIFIC IN 2024 and 2025! Although we may have done worse, firing Bruce Cassidy was a very bad move. Bruce Cassidy has done great things for Vegas and firing him will most likely make Vegas become a worse team in the next year.

    THATS THE 3RD COACH TO BE FIRED WITHIN A WEEK OF LOSING TO THE OILERS THIS YEAR! Deboar after Dallas series, Hiller with the kings after we rolled them 8-1 and now Bruce with knights after bouch bombed them in overtime
