Like Illitches other team, the Wings just don't have very good players. Why is Patrick Kane on their roster?? This swoon shouldn't surprise anybody because the regular season means nothing. Remember when they beat Montreal's regular season win record and then got eliminated in the first round (either LA or Anaheim I think) ? It means zip.
Pro scouting staff. Ownership. GM. Player personnel. Asset management. They cannot put it together. We are one of the worst run franchises in all 4 major sports. There’s no denying it. They assembled a mediocre core and we wonder why they play mediocre hockey and sit in the standings in a mediocre placement all while holding mediocre assets.

Michigan State had a bad week end.
It feels like the Wings are where Buffalo was when they ultimately decided to trade Eichel, Rinehart, etc. Mo would be the Dahlin equivalent that you keep but everyone else could stand to go. This group just can’t get it done.

Anybody who is saying "ship out the whole team" obviously overlooks the efforts by Alex DeBrincat and Moritz Seider. DeBrincat should be the captain of this team. He actually WANTED to come to Detroit. He fights guys that are 7 inches taller. He's scored 35 goals which is something that hasn't been done since another #93, Johan Franzen, did it many moons ago.
Larkin is no different than Auston Matthews though in terms of toughness, grit and heart. Great players offensively but they leave you wanting so much more from your captain.
Larkin is a terrible captain.. He cares more about his own personal Olympic glory, partying with goofs like Kash Patel, and smelling Donald Trumps diaper then he does about making the playoffs .. booo
whoever that guy is in the wings hoodie is still drinking the copium and telling the guy who said he's done is a tough road GIVE ME A BREAK ENOUGH OF THIS SH*T THEY SUCK THIS ROSTER AIN'T IT. I am so sick of these guys who don't like how fans RIGTHFULLY are done with this team.
