No. The 100s are in the upper deck but the front half. The 200s are the true nosebleeds.
I’m not sure why it matters though,
I’ve sat on the glass in the front, I’ve sat in the highest peak in the 200s, the very last row of the arena.
As long as you don’t have an obstructed view you’re going to have a great view of the game regardless.
Different atmosphere on the glass and experience for sure,
But I’ve never had a “bad view” being in the highest echelon of the Rock.
The real nosebleed seats at The Rock are those in the 200s. The 100 end seats, which are actually my preferred seats for hockey games (can more easily see plays develop in those seats IMO), are not excessively high. In fact, roughly half the rows in the 100 level end sections are lower than the first row in the 100 level side sections.
Those are fun seats. The people are great, the views are good, you just won’t see facial expressions.
This should give you a good idea of how it looks.

I love it for hockey. Can’t say for other events.
I’m hockey you can see plays develop better.
Even the 200’s aren’t “nosebleeds” compared to other arenas, (try sitting high up at MSG, “greatest arena in the world”) the setup at Prudential is excellent.
I’ve sat at the celling, and still had a good view.
Those are my fav seats in the whole arena
I had season tickets for a couple years in the balcony. Best value in the building
