Why would you pull Sorokin at 7-3 with 12 minutes to go? Massive risk to ruin both goalies confidences versus just letting Sorokin play and take the L. Should've switched at 3-3 when it was already clear its not Sorokins (Vezina Winner this year) best night.

Wild game. I thought we were finished when the Isles went up 3-1. The first two goals Silovs gave up were not looking good on his part. Thankfully he didn't have to do much the rest of the way. Going to need our goalies to be a lot better. Both have been letting in some pretty lame goals as of late.

Pens just needed a reminder of how annoying the whole arena sounds when they go “Whoa!” Three times after every freaking goal. Needed to shut em up. What a win for the boys.
Ive been teaching a woman from india about hockey (since the pens are my fave team, mostly pens stuff) since the start of this season. 2 days ago she surprised me with marching rust jerseys. And he scored. Ive never seen someone so happy to see a goal (outside of the cup finals) this year has really been fun from the “passing on the excitement of hockey” perspective. I just hope i can save enough money to bring her to the states to watch a game. (Even if its a local team like the ducks, kings or golden knights)
