    It started before that. Putting Jordan Staal on the powerplay with him winning faceoffs and being net front has worked wonders

    I mean they also have the 2nd best PP% since Dec 1st, and the 4th best since Nov 1st. It was just a horrible October where the team was getting adjusted to all the changes that people overreacted to.
