Even I questioned Skinner. His numbers are slightly lower than before yet he looks solid. Making big saves for the win. Yet Oiler fans wanted him gone? Vancouver let Silovs go so they could play Demko. It is like everything turned to gold. The players they picked up are doing great. I had them missing the playoffs and are to me one of the surprise teams along with the Islanders. And look good winning.

Fire Steve Yzerman two years ago please. Wings were overachieving early in the season while other teams were asleep. Now that teams are in playoff mode we see what this roster is: mid.
