I don’t know, I mean they did trade a bunch of the guys he knew this year, and a bunch of them are rookies that he might not have gotten to know that well. Shitty look on the fact as captain to not get to know new guys, but this doesn’t really feel like anything new.

Sure a lot of the players he played the bulk of his career her aren’t here anymore but most of the younger players on our roster are players were in our system. Prospects, Call-ups, or just new players in our organization that he played with just a couple months ago. To say this as the former Captain of this team is insane, like the job was to get close to and lead players that are younger or new to the team lol.
He use to talk alot about how impactful Chris Tanev was to him early in his career. Well guess what he only played with Tanev for one full season.
