Je ne vois tout simplement pas comment ils utiliseront le Centre Rogers à cette fin. Peut-être à la salle de concert du Stade Rogers, ou retourner à BMO

They should just build a second arena on top of the the ACC with a retractable roof and have it seat like twice as many people.
You’re right. The Dome used to be versatile for other events but with the new renovations it’s my understanding as well that has been converted to a baseball only stadium
If they can sort out putting them in California and Florida I’m sure they could find a way in the dome if they so chose
The roof doesn’t operate below 10 C or something close to it I believe
Dome cannot open under 10 degrees, BMO is more likely
Once again, the roof can’t be opened until temperatures are at a certain mark, consistently, for a certain period of time. Otherwise they risk major damage to the mechanism itself.
