Need the big guy to dump and chase hard on hughes
i'm thrilled with the hughe's return. look at Canada's olympic hardware since 1980 and the u s's, i'm not all that upset about this year. the fact is, Canada outplayed the u s, they got goalied. it happens.
Hughes fit with the Wild? I heard he went there because the equipment was mini. He said the hockey pants in Van were too long. The skates he uses now have lifts in the heels.
Even when short-handed, he's tall in the saddle, riding the back end.

I miss Hughes. I’m so happy to have watched him become the player he has. One of the best if not the best Canucks to ever do it.
Quit Hughes ?…… I'd rather have Willander or Hronek or Buium or Tanev or Lumme…..
Did you guys see his Interview, Quin Hughes said he doesn't know most of guys on that team meaning the canucks. Can you imagine not knowing the team you captained.
Life time Nuck fan here. Hughes captaincy is right up there with Messier's. Doesn't even rank in my best Nucks of all time. Lumme, Jovo, Bieska, Babych, Snepts, Lanz, Muryzn, Elder, Ohlund, Tanev, Salo, Willie, just to name a few D who gave more to the fanbase.
Me thinks he will be booed not embraced on return and his post game at the Olympics tells you all.

Quinn Hughes gave them 3 swings. They struck out. No interest in wasting his prime years on this gongshow for Europhiles.
'People have been impressed with those three players in Vancouver.' Well, that's a pretty brave take as they've done nothing to reverse the slide to the basement.
'Rossi was playing top line minutes in Minnesota.' Lol. Um, no. He's been largely banged-up and never got top time.
The worst part of the trade is that the Canucks didn't have any urgency to do it. They probably left value on the table, but hey, Canucks.
